Shop4Camp collects the information needed to process orders: name, email, phone number, delivery address, cart items, payment reference, and delivery notes. We use this information to confirm payment, pack orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and keep business records.
Payments are processed through Flutterwave or another approved payment provider shown at checkout. Shop4Camp does not store card numbers or card security codes. Media, product, order, and admin data may be stored with Supabase and Vercel when the website is live.
We use advertising measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, to understand visits, product views, additions to a shopping bag, checkout starts, and completed purchases. These tools may receive product identifiers, quantities, order value, currency, browser information, and advertising identifiers. We do not send card numbers or card security codes through these tools. Visitors can use their browser and Meta or Google account settings to manage advertising cookies and preferences.
We do not sell customer data. We may share delivery details with logistics partners strictly for fulfilling an order. Customers can contact sales@shop4camp.com for reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to order-record and legal-retention requirements.
